This delicious "Immune Boosting Black Seed Tea" is so easy to make.
You will see varieties to the recipe below also. ENOUGH FOR 2 CUPS OF TEA.
INGREDIENTS:
2.5 Cups of water
2 Tablespoons of black seeds
Sweetener (I prefer mine with nothing - If you are detoxing, avoid all sweeteners)
DIRECTIONS:
Place the water in a pan along with the black seeds.
Bring the tea to boil and allow to boil on high for 1 more minute.
Remove the tea from the stove and strain the seeds off and enjoy.
Varieties
Add in black sesame seeds with the black seeds. You could add regular sesame too.
Add ginger and honey with the black seeds.
Add in fenugreek (more than 100 benefits) with your black seeds.
Warning. The maximum oil you should take daily is 3 teaspoons or 1 tablespoon a day and no more. Remember taking more black cumin does not heal faster. The maximum seeds you should take daily is 7.5 teaspoons of powder. Remember black cumin is toxic over 25 grams daily and so we want to do this properly.
