Dear AO Customers,

These past couple of months have been unprecedented to say the least and we know that nearly everyone, including myself, have felt the impacts of COVID-19.

From my long term customers to those who are new to Amber's Organics, I want thank you for choosing this 1 woman run business for your botanical, seeds and skin care needs. I understand these can be frustrating and challenging times and I truly appreciate your understanding and patience as I continue to get back on track with orders at more usual speed. I remain focused on doing my best to get your orders to you as fast as possible. I have been putting in a significant amount of overtime, including night shifts and working no-break weekends, in order to help make this happen.

I still depend on my trusted companies to ship supplies this is a major reason for delays but it's changing at an uphill pace.
Order processing times have been improving, and I hope to share more progress there soon.Things are getting better, hang in there, we are making moves forward.

Again, I want to thank you for your patience and understanding and hope you all are staying healthy and safe!
