These AO eco suds can wash just about anything– your sticky hands, camp dishes, or socks. Just pour a nickle-sized amount of powder into your hands (or a bowl) and add water, it’s oh, so simple!
AO ECO suds are formulated with sodium cocoyl isethionate, a natural surfactant derived from coconut oil that aids in foaming and helps water mix with oil and dirt to rinse away grime, baking soda, which neutralizes odors as it gently cleans, and powerhouse MSM leaves hands soft and smooth.

Now I also have the suds with natural willow bark activated charcoal to help ease skin irritations and bug bites
