Hair care: Amla is used in many hair tonics because it enriches hair growth and hair pigmentation. It strengthens the roots of hair, maintains color, and improves luster. Eating fresh gooseberry or applying its paste on hair roots improves hair growth and colour. Amla oil is very popular in India because it has been shown to reduce the chances of hair loss and baldness. This quality is due to the carotene content of Amla, as well as its iron content and general antioxidant capacity, which reduces hair loss by not allowing free radicals to damage hair follicles or impact the hormones that can cause premature hair loss.
Brahmi - is another Ayurvedic herb that is known to strengthen hair roots and prevent hair loss. This herb works well in combination with Amla.
Lavender - is gentle and calms irritations and inflammation of the scalp that can lead to hair loss. It is a mild antiseptic and has restorative properties.
Fenugreek - Fenugreek is a natural herb with extremely potent seeds, which have a medicinal effect to reduce balding, hair fall, and hair thinning. For hair fall and dandruff, the crushed or boiled seeds alone have been found to restore the hair shaft. The seeds contain hormone precursors that replenish hair growth. Additionally, fenugreek seeds are a good source of nicotinic acid and protein. Protein is highly important in rebuilding and strengthening the hair shaft. In fact, protein balanced diets are emphasized to reduce hair loss and stimulating hair growth. The amount of protein in fenugreek alone may explain its restorative ability on damaged or falling hair.
How to use.
Apply small amount of serum to balding patches, areas of low hair volume.
Leave in, no need to wash out unless this seems to heavy for you.
It can be used as a leave in conditioner.
